I don't write a lot of reviews. In fact, I can count on one hand the number of reviews I've written in my life. Once, when I wrote a review about a TV I had to order 3 times, another when I purchased my first motorcycle, great experience, and now this one. I can say a lot about Tom. He's knowledgeable about the market without coming off like a know it all. He's considerate (had to be after the number of houses and towns we took him to). He's flexible, both in expectation and appointments. But perhaps the most important thing about Tom is that he's invested in your purchase. There were a number of times I asked Tom about a home I wasn't sure about and Tom always gave it to me straight. I don't think there is a single more important attribute in an individual than honesty.
